From "found" to "it worked."
Every expert follows the same loop: read your company, suggest a few things with evidence, wait for your yes, ship, then check honestly whether it worked. This page walks through each step, what you see in the app, how long it takes, and the controls you keep.
Eight steps. Every expert.
A page fix, a Reddit reply and a LinkedIn post all move through the same loop. Steps 1 and 2 happen once, then keep updating. Steps 3 to 8 repeat every week.
Read your site
You enter your website. Qotler reads the public pages and works out what you sell, to whom, and against whom.
Build Mind
Six living documents about your company. Every expert reads them before it does anything.
Run
Each expert checks your site, your Google data and its channel on a weekly schedule you switch on.
Suggest, with evidence
A short list of things worth doing now, each with the numbers and pages behind it.
You decide
Approve, edit, save for later or say no. Nothing goes out without you.
Ship
Content drafts the words, Coding opens a pull request, or you get exact steps for your website builder.
Check the result
Is it live? Has Google re-read it? Did it beat your unchanged pages? Three separate checks.
Learn
Your decisions and the measured results shape what each expert suggests next.
What happens, what you see, how long.
The detail behind each step. Timings are typical, not promises: they depend on your site's size and on Google.
Qotler reads your website
OnboardingWhat happens
You give one thing: your website address. Qotler reads your public pages, starting with the homepage and following your sitemap or main links. It never reads pages behind a login, and its reader refuses private or internal network addresses. It also notes which platform your site runs on (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify or your own code), your logo, colours and fonts, and looks for the companies you compete with.
What you see
No log of internal steps. The things themselves appear as they're found: what you do in a few sentences, your category and social handles, your competitors with their logos, one key finding backed by pages that were actually read, then each document as soon as it's written.
How long
Usually a few minutes. The workspace is usable before every document is finished. If your site can't be read (for example, it's blocked or nearly empty), Qotler tells you why and asks again with the address filled in.
Mind is built, and you correct it
Your company's contextWhat happens
Qotler writes six documents: product information, marketing strategy (with goals and dates), competitor analysis, design guide, content strategy and a content calendar. You can add your own documents, like a pitch deck or sales notes. Connecting Google Search Console and Analytics (read-only) adds your real search and traffic numbers.
What you see
The Mind tab: your company on the left, the open document on the right. Each section shows the pages it came from. Edit anything. Your edits are marked as yours and are never overwritten by a later regeneration. More about Mind →
How long
Minutes to draft. Ten minutes of your corrections makes every later suggestion more specific. Google numbers start syncing right after you pick your site, with up to 90 days of history.
Each expert runs weekly
ResearchWhat happens
Each run starts by reading the latest Mind: your confirmed facts first, then only the document sections that matter to that expert. The SEO Expert then reads your live pages, your Search Console and Analytics numbers and your speed reports. Social experts look for posts, threads and moments worth acting on in their channel.
What you see
The Control tab shows one card per expert: when it last checked, a short summary of what it found, and what it's working from (with links back to Mind). A "Run" button starts a check now, without waiting for the schedule.
How long
A run takes minutes. Scheduled runs happen once a week at a fixed time in your company's time zone, and only after you switch the schedule on.
Suggestions arrive, with evidence
A short list, not a backlogWhat happens
Each expert keeps at most three open suggestions at a time, so you see the few things worth doing now. Search suggestions come from your real Google data: pages losing clicks, pages almost on page one, pages seen but rarely clicked, and two pages competing for the same search. Pages are worked through in order of importance: homepage, pricing and product pages, then pages Google already shows, legal pages last.
What you see
Each suggestion names the page and the problem, shows the evidence (searches, positions, click rates, or what the page says now), a Google preview, an honest expected outcome, and the exact change: "now" and "new" values to copy, steps for your platform, or a code change with a note for your developer.
How long
Under a minute to read. Click estimates only appear when Search Console has enough data to support one; otherwise you see a plain outcome and why it matters.
You decide
ApprovalsWhat happens
You approve, edit, or pick one of two ways to say no. "Save for later" parks it outside the three-slot limit and brings it back when there's room. "Not for us" removes it, and the expert won't suggest it again. Both have undo. The reasons you give are read on the next run.
What you see
A review drawer with the full evidence and the searches behind the suggestion. A backlog drawer lists everything saved for later or dismissed, with "Work on it now" and "Bring back". You can also move a page up the order ("Do next") or skip it.
How long
As long as you like. Nothing expires and nothing ships while it waits. When you approve a page change, Qotler locks a "before" snapshot of the page so the result can be measured fairly later.
The work ships
Content and CodingWhat happens
Content writes the words: titles, descriptions, page copy, posts and replies. Coding opens a small pull request on GitHub for a site fix, with what changed and why. It can open pull requests but cannot merge them. On WordPress, approved changes can be applied for you. On Webflow, Framer, Wix, Squarespace and Shopify you get step-by-step instructions until direct connections arrive.
What you see
The suggestion moves to "In progress" with the draft, the pull request link or the steps. Social posts stay drafts until you approve the final text. When you've made a change yourself, press "It's live".
How long
Usually the same day you approve. Merging a pull request or pasting a change is up to you and your team.
Qotler checks the result
Three separate levelsWhat happens
First, Qotler reads your live page to confirm the change is really there. Then a daily check asks Search Console whether Google has re-read the changed page. Once it has, a 28-day measuring window starts, and the page's clicks are compared before and after against your pages that didn't change.
What you see
"Check now" on anything in progress reads the page at once and either marks it verified or says what the page still shows. "You marked it live" and "verified live" are always shown separately. While measuring, you see where you are, like "day 9 of 28", then a verdict: worked, no clear gain yet, worse, or too early to tell.
How long
Live check: seconds. Google re-reading the page: usually days, sometimes weeks. A search result: about five weeks after shipping. Speed fixes are re-tested straight away with a new speed test.
Everything feeds the next round
LearningWhat happens
Your approvals, edits and reasons for saying no feed back into what each expert proposes. A fix that was marked done but is still missing from the page is reopened. A dismissed suggestion is never repeated. Measured results tell the expert which kinds of change are working for your site.
What you see
"Fixed lately" on each expert's card, with what was verified and what was only marked live. Goals in your marketing strategy can be regenerated with your latest data while your own goals stay exactly as you wrote them.
How long
Every weekly run starts from the latest state. The longer Qotler works on your site, the more of its suggestions are grounded in your own measured results rather than general rules.
Everything you need to decide.
No vague advice. Each suggestion is built so you can say yes or no in under a minute.
Rewrite the pricing page title
| Search | Shown | Position | Clicks |
|---|---|---|---|
| acme pricing | 1,214 | 2.1 | 4.0% |
| acme cost per user | 388 | 4.6 | 0.8% |
Why now: pricing is your highest-intent page, and its title doesn't say what it costs. 3
Expected: about +30 to +55 clicks a month · Confidence: medium 4
+ Acme Pricing: Free for 3 Seats, Teams from $12/user
Example
- The problem, in one line. Which page, and what's wrong with it.
- The evidence. Your real searches, positions and click rates from Search Console.
- Why it matters now. Linked to your business, not a generic checklist.
- What to expect, honestly. A range and a confidence level, or "not enough data" when that's the truth.
- The exact change. Before and after, ready for your builder, your developer or a pull request.
Three places. That's it.
The app is deliberately small. You'll spend most of your time in Control, deciding, and visit Mind when something about your company changes.
What Qotler knows
Your company profile and the six documents, each editable and versioned. Your own uploaded documents. A content calendar with month and list views you can drag, add to and edit. Search and traffic dashboards for Search Console, Analytics and page speed, over 7 or 30 days.
What the experts are doing
One card per expert: Run, what it's working from, open suggestions, the In progress tracker, Fixed lately, and an all-clear report when there's nothing worth doing. The review drawer holds the evidence and the exact change.
What runs, and when
Switch each schedule on or off. Connect Google and pick your Search Console site and Analytics property, refresh the list, or disconnect. Each Google source shows its own sync state, so you always know whether numbers are current.
When things run.
Times are in your company's time zone. Each schedule is off until you switch it on, and runs in this order so every step reads fresh numbers.
- Google numbers syncSearch Console and Analytics numbers for your selected site and property. Analytics is current to yesterday; Search Console runs about three days behind, because that's how Google publishes it. No AI involved.
- Result checksFor every shipped change: is it still live, has Google re-read the page, and how far along the measuring window is. Verdicts update when a window closes. No AI involved.
- Speed testsPageSpeed reports for your important pages, so the SEO run that follows can read them.
- SEO Expert weekly runReads Mind, your pages, the fresh numbers and the speed reports, closes suggestions that are now fixed, and fills any open slots with new ones. Each expert has its own weekly run in the same way.
- YouReview suggestions, approve, edit, save for later or dismiss. Press Run on an expert's card or Check now on a change in progress. Nothing waits for you to be online, and nothing ships until you say so.
The times above are the current settings. They're fixed by Qotler so syncs always happen before the checks that depend on them; you choose which schedules are on.
Three levels of proof.
Each level is checked separately. We never treat one as the next.
It's live
Qotler visits your public page and confirms the change is really there. If it isn't, you see what the page says instead.
Minutes after you shipGoogle has seen it
We check Search Console until Google re-reads the changed page. The result clock only starts then, so you're never judged on a page Google hasn't seen.
Usually days, sometimes weeksIt made a difference
28 days after Google re-reads it, we compare the page with your pages that didn't change. A busy month across your whole site isn't counted as a win.
About 5 weeks after shippingSix weeks, honestly.
What a typical search fix looks like from the day it's found to the day it's measured.
What the result means.
Worked. The page gained clearly more clicks than your unchanged pages, by enough that it's unlikely to be noise. We tell you how sure we are.
No clear gain yet. The data can't tell yet. We say so instead of guessing, and keep checking weekly until day 90.
Worse. You get the exact old values and the steps to put them back, so you can undo it in minutes.
Too early. Google hasn't re-read the page yet, or the window hasn't closed. You see how far along it is, not a guess.
Nothing to measure. Some fixes, like making a page visible to Google, matter even before there's traffic to compare. We say that plainly too.
What we won't do
We won't count a draft as a win, show a score you can't explain, or claim a result Google hasn't had time to show. Speed fixes are the exception to the wait: we measure them straight away with a new speed test.
When results get mixed
If two changes land on the same page inside one window, Qotler flags the overlap and tells you the result may be shared between them. If your whole site moved that month, from a launch, a season or a Google update, the comparison with your unchanged pages takes that out.
Social and AI visibility experts report against your own baseline, such as your usual post reach or how often you're named.
You stay in charge.
Qotler does the research and the drafting. You keep every decision that touches your site, your accounts and your money.
What you can always do
- Run an expert now, without waiting for Monday
- Check a change on your live page on demand
- Move a page up the order, or skip it
- Save a suggestion for later, or bring one back
- Edit any Mind document; your words win
- Restore any earlier version of a document
What Qotler never does
- Publish a post or reply you haven't approved
- Merge a pull request
- Change your Google settings (access is read-only)
- Read pages behind a login
- Overwrite a document you edited
- Count "you marked it done" as "verified"
How it works, answered.
How soon will I see my first suggestions?
Mind is drafted within minutes of entering your website. Press Run on an expert's card to get its first suggestions straight away, or switch on its weekly schedule and they'll arrive on the next run. Search suggestions get sharper once Search Console is connected.
Do I have to connect Google?
No. Qotler can read your public site without any connection. Connecting Search Console and Analytics (read-only) is what lets it find search opportunities from your real numbers and measure results.
Can I choose the times things run?
You choose which schedules are on. The times are fixed by Qotler in your company's time zone, so data syncs always finish before the checks and runs that read them.
What happens if I ignore the suggestions?
Nothing ships. Each expert keeps at most three open suggestions, so the list never grows into a backlog. Suggestions you save for later wait outside that limit until there's room.
Can Qotler publish or change my site without me?
No. Coding opens pull requests but can't merge them. WordPress changes are applied only after you approve them. Social posts are drafts until you approve the final text.
What is the daily spend cap?
A hard limit on how much AI work can run for one workspace in a day. It protects you and us from a runaway job. If it's ever reached, work pauses automatically and resumes the next day.
My site is on Webflow, Framer or Shopify. Does that work?
Yes. Qotler detects your platform and writes each change as steps for it, with the current and new values to copy. Direct connections for these builders are coming; WordPress and GitHub work today.
Why does measuring take so long?
Google needs time to re-read a page and searchers need time to see it. Measuring sooner would mostly measure noise.
What are "pages you didn't change"?
Your other pages, used as a comparison. If your whole site grew 10% that month, a page that grew 10% didn't really improve.
Can two fixes on one page confuse the result?
Yes, so Qotler flags overlapping changes and tells you when a result may be mixed.
Do social posts get the same checks?
They're checked as published, then compared against your own usual reach rather than a 28-day search window.
What if Qotler can't read my website?
It tells you the reason, such as the site blocking automated readers or having very little text, and asks you to try again or fix the issue. If your site is thin, the documents say so rather than filling gaps with guesses.
