One win, four hands.
Experts hand work to the specialists and to each other. Here's one example.
Two specialists who do the work.
You don't manage them. Experts hand them work and you approve what comes back.
Writes the words a fix needs
Titles, page sections, posts and replies, in your brand voice from Mind. Never invents product claims, prices or numbers.
Turns approved fixes into code
One small pull request per fix on GitHub, with what changed and why. Never merges on its own, and Qotler checks the change went live after you merge.
Who does what.
Five experts each own a channel. Two specialists do the writing and the code behind all of them. Here's the whole team on one page.
| Team member | Channel | What it finds | What it produces | Integrations | How success is measured |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SEO Expert | Google search | Pages hidden from Google, weak titles, slow pages, searches where you're almost on page one | Up to three fixes at a time, each with evidence, a draft and a pull request or exact steps | Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed, GitHub, WordPress (live). Webflow, Framer, Shopify (soon) | Live check, Google re-read, then 28 days of clicks against your unchanged pages |
| AI Visibility Expert | AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini | Buyer questions where competitors are named and you aren't, wrong facts, the sources assistants cite | Direct-answer sections, structured data, llms.txt and crawler settings | Search Console, GitHub, WordPress (live) | The same questions asked weekly: how often you're named, cited and described correctly |
| LinkedIn Expert | The founder's LinkedIn profile | Stories in your launches, customer calls, decisions and measured results | Post ideas and drafts in your voice, launch posts and follow-ups | GA4 for visits (live). LinkedIn (soon) | Reach against your usual, comments from your ICP, visits and key events from LinkedIn |
| Reddit Expert | Reddit communities | Live threads where your buyers ask for what you do, checked against each community's rules | A short list of threads and helpful reply drafts with disclosure built in | Reddit's API to find threads, GA4 for visits (live). Reddit account (soon) | Reply still up, how it was received, visits and key events from Reddit |
| X Expert | The founder's X account | Launches, lessons and small wins worth a post or a thread | Posts and threads in your voice, launch threads and follow-ups | GA4 for visits (live). X (soon) | Replies and reposts against your usual, visits and key events from X |
| Content specialist | Behind every expert | Works from an expert's approved brief and Mind | Titles, page sections, posts and replies in your brand voice | Mind; ships through the expert's tools | Your edits: fewer changes over time means the voice is right |
| Coding specialist | Your website's code | Works from an approved fix | One small pull request per fix, with what changed and why | GitHub (live) | Merged by you, then confirmed live on your public page |
Every expert works the same way.
Different channels, one loop. Learn it once and you know how the whole team behaves.
Read before suggesting
Each run starts from Mind, then reads the channel: your pages and Google data, AI answers, live threads, or your recent work.
A few ideas, with evidence
Two to four suggestions a run, each scored for impact and effort, with the numbers or sources behind it.
You approve, edit or dismiss
Nothing moves without you. Your edits are kept, so the next draft starts closer to what you want.
Work gets done
Content drafts the words. Coding opens a pull request it can't merge. Social posts stay drafts until you approve them.
Results, honestly
Before snapshots, live checks, daily checks on whether Google has re-read a page, before and after numbers, and plain "no change" or "too early" verdicts.
Feed the next round
What worked and what didn't shapes the next run, for that expert and the others.
Weekly runs and daily result checks start only after you switch them on, and run at your company's local time.
One Mind, seven readers.
At onboarding Qotler reads your public website and writes Mind: your company's living documents. Every expert and specialist reads all of it. Here's what each document is used for most.
The facts
What you sell, for whom, at what price. Content never writes a claim, price or number that isn't here or in your notes.
Goals and ICP
Goals with dates and your ideal customer. Decides which searches, questions, threads and stories are worth anyone's time.
Your top five
Each judged direct, partial, adjacent or complementary from their homepage. Tracked in AI answers, used for positioning everywhere.
Voice and look
How you sound and how you look. The LinkedIn, X and Reddit drafts all start here, then adapt to each channel.
The plan
Themes, launch dates and planned pieces, so a launch week shows up on your site, LinkedIn and X together.
What only you know
Uploads or documents written in-app: call notes, a pricing sheet, a founding story. Every document is versioned, with restore.
How work moves.
Experts pass work to the specialists, and findings to each other. You see each hand-off as a suggestion to approve, never as something that already happened.
- Words for an approved fixA new title, a page section, a post or a reply, written in your voice from Mind.
- Code for an approved fixStructured data, a heading or a crawler setting, as one small pull request on GitHub that you merge.
- A measured win becomes a storyOnce a fix has a result, the social experts can turn it into a post, using the real numbers.
- Questions buyers keep askingA question that comes up again and again on Reddit becomes a page section idea, and a question to track in AI answers.
- Threads assistants citeWhen AI answers in your category lean on a Reddit thread, the Reddit Expert checks whether you can genuinely help there.
- One set of pagesBoth work on the same pages from the same Mind, so a fix for Google and a fix for AI answers don't pull in different directions.
What every expert promises.
The same rules apply to every channel.
Always
- Shows the evidence behind every suggestion
- Waits for your approval before anything ships
- Uses only facts from Mind, your notes or measured results
- Checks that shipped work is really live
- Says "no change" or "too early" when that's the truth
Never
- Merges code, publishes or posts on its own
- Invents customers, quotes, reviews or numbers
- Reads pages behind a login
- Uses spam tactics, fake accounts or bought engagement
- Hides a bad result behind a blended score
Which expert first?
You don't need all five on day one. Start where your buyers already are.
Start with SEO
Fix what stops your pages being found and chosen. It also gives the other experts real numbers to work with.
Add AI Visibility
If buyers in your category ask assistants for recommendations, find out what they hear today.
Add LinkedIn
When trust in you sells the product, a steady rhythm of real stories on your profile matters.
Add Reddit
Developer tools, prosumer apps and niche B2B often get recommended in communities first.
Add X
If your audience follows founders and launches, X turns what you ship into reach.
Start with the whole team
The whole team reads one Mind, so you can see which channel responds, then focus there.
Do the experts talk to each other?
They share Mind and each other's results. A finding in one channel can become a suggestion in another, but it always reaches you as a suggestion to approve.
Do I have to manage Content and Coding?
No. Experts hand them work, and you approve what comes back. You never have to brief them directly.
Will five experts flood me with work?
No. Each expert offers two to four suggestions a run, and the SEO Expert keeps at most three open at a time. Weekly runs only start when you switch them on.
Can I turn an expert off?
Yes. Each expert's weekly run is switched on by you, and can be switched off the same way.
What happens when two experts disagree?
They work from the same Mind, so most conflicts never arise. When they do, both suggestions reach you with their evidence, and you decide.
Does Qotler post or publish anything on its own?
No. Coding can open a pull request but can't merge it. Social posts are drafts until you approve them, and direct publishing to supported platforms, where available, only happens after that approval.
Which AI models do the experts use?
Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI, through their business APIs. Which model handles which task is configurable.
Are more experts coming?
Yes: Hacker News, Influencer and UGC video experts are planned. Each joins when it can prove its work the way the current five do.
